And you might think others like Nikolaj Coster-Waldau ( Jaime Lanniser), who is 6'2'', Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth), who is 6'3'), and Jason Momoa (Khal Drogo), who is 6'4'', are among the tallest actors on the show. Some might surprise you at the fact that they aren't as tall as you think: Iian Glen, for example, who played Jorah Mormont, is actually taller in real life that Kristofer Hivju, who played Tormund Giantsbane, at 6'1'' versus 6''. While many among the cast of Game of Thrones were taller than average, like Isaac Hempstead Wright, who plays Bran and was 5'11'' by the end of the show (even though his character could never stand) as well as Sophie Turner, who played Sansa Stark and stands at a pretty tall 5'9''.
